I've been doing a little experiment with my food lately.
I have found that grapefruit is the "un-do-it" food.
For example: When I eat something that's not particularly good for
me...like brownies for example...I undo the harm those nasty brownies
are about to do to my body. I eat a grapefruit. Simple Right?
I already know that eating a grapefruit is a major contributor to my
inflammation problem. It seriously helps that nasty old inflammation stay under control so that I can go on with my daily routine.
Today is the 3rd day in a row that I have not eaten a grapefruit, and now my knees are more painful than they were yesterday. eek..I've been neglecting the grapefruit. Bad me.
I'm living proof that grapefruit is the way to less inflammation and a serious way to diet for those who are interested in losing weight. Why? I go back to the un-doing method.
